Support Your Loved Ones

Browse our selection of approved commissary items for purchase and delivery to your loved one at HMP Grand Turk (His Majesty's Prison). Every order is carefully prepared and delivered directly to the facility, so your family member or friend receives exactly what they need.

All products are pre-approved for facility delivery and processed according to institutional guidelines.

Deliveries Every Friday

We deliver to HMP Grand Turk every Friday. To be included in that week's delivery, place your order by Thursday, end of day. Orders placed after Thursday will go out on the following Friday.

Facility Rule: One Delivery Per Resident Every 7 Days

Updated July 2026 — HMP has reduced this from 14 days to 7 days.

HMP Grand Turk permits each resident to receive one commissary delivery every 7 days. The 7-day count starts on the day your loved one receives a delivery. Once the full 7 days have passed, they are eligible again, and we will deliver their next order on the next Friday.

Make every delivery count:

• Include everything your loved one needs in one order. One complete order is better than two small ones — the facility will not accept a second delivery for the same resident inside the 7 days.
• Coordinate as a family. The facility accepts only one delivery per resident in any 7-day period. If more than one order is placed for the same person within that window, we will deliver the later order on their next eligible Friday.
• Order any time. If your loved one is not yet eligible, we will schedule your order and deliver it on their next eligible Friday — we confirm every delivery date with you on WhatsApp.
