All products are pre-approved for facility delivery and processed according to institutional guidelines.

Delivery Schedule

Per HMP policy, commissary deliveries are made once per week, with all orders delivered on Fridays. Orders must be placed by Thursday end of day to be included in that week's delivery.

Facility Rule: One Delivery Per Resident Every 7 Days

Updated July 2026 — HMP has reduced this from 14 days to 7 days.

HMP Grand Turk permits each resident to receive one commissary delivery every 7 days. The 7-day count starts on the day your loved one receives a delivery. Once the full 7 days have passed, they are eligible again, and we will deliver their next order on the next Friday delivery.

Make every delivery count:

Include everything your loved one needs in one order. One complete order is better than two small ones — the facility will not accept a second delivery for the same resident inside the 7 days.
Coordinate as a family. The facility accepts only one delivery per resident in any 7-day period. If more than one order is placed for the same person within that window, we will deliver the later order on their next eligible Friday.
Order any time. If your loved one is not yet eligible, we will schedule your order and deliver it on their next eligible Friday — we confirm every delivery date with you on WhatsApp.
